1.1 Prior to using our website bluechip.io (referred to as the “Website”), please carefully read these General Terms and Conditions. By registering on the Website, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms collectively known as the “Terms”:

1.3 The operator of this Website is the license holder – XZ Solutions B.V., incorporated in Curaçao with registration number 159328 and registered address at Dr. M. J. Hugenholtzweg 25, Unit 11, Curaçao (referred to as the “Company”).
1.4 Unless otherwise specified, all references in the Terms to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the Company, while references to “customer,” “you,” “your,” or “player” refer to the person using our Website and accepting the Terms.
1.5 XZ Solutions Limited, a company registered under the laws of Cyprus, with company number HE 429164 and registered office at John Kennedy, 8, Iris Building, Limassol, Cyprus, provides payment management services to us, enabling us to process financial transactions for you. However, please note that XZ Solutions Limited is not a party to the legal contract between you and us. You are exclusively contracting with the Company for the provision of all services available on the Website.
1.6 The English version of the Terms is binding. Translations are provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any other language version, the English version will prevail. By accepting the Terms, you confirm that your knowledge of the English language is sufficient to fully understand them.
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
2.1 You may only use the services of the Website if you have reached the legal age to participate in gaming according to the laws applicable to you, and if you are at least 18 years old. By accepting the Terms, you warrant that you meet the age requirements mentioned above. If you have not yet reached the age of 18 or have not reached the legal age for gaming in your jurisdiction, you must immediately leave the Website.

We reserve the right to modify the list of Excluded Jurisdictions at our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice. All changes will be published on our Website. You must regularly check the Terms to ensure that you are not located in any of the Excluded Jurisdictions, as the list may be updated. If you are a citizen, resident, or located in any of these jurisdictions, you agree not to open or use an account on the Website, and if you have already opened an account, you must close it immediately. By using our Website, you warrant that you are not a citizen or resident of any of these jurisdictions.
2.4 In addition to the Excluded Jurisdictions mentioned above, please be aware that some software providers featured on our Website prohibit customers from certain jurisdictions from placing bets or using their software.
2.5 The Company reserves the right to report any suspected fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity to the appropriate government authorities, as well as other online casino operators, online service providers, banks, payment and credit card processors, electronic payment providers, and financial institutions. PROTECTION AND SAFETY OF INFORMATION. ACCOUNTS.

If you open or attempt to open multiple Duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close some or all of your accounts without any compensation and impose the following sanctions:
3.3.1 Actions performed using a Duplicate Account will be considered void.
3.3.2 Participation in any promotions by the Duplicate Account will be canceled.
3.3.3 Any winnings obtained through the Duplicate Account will be void. Processed withdrawals will be reversed, and the funds will be owed back to the Company.
3.3.4 The Duplicate Account will be permanently closed without the option to reopen it.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel bets, reject bonuses, cancel participation in promotions, and permanently ban any customer from the Website’s bonus/promotion program at our sole discretion if a Duplicate Account is discovered. The Company may choose to apply some or all of the measures mentioned above against Duplicate Accounts in specific cases at its sole discretion.
3.5 It is your responsibility to keep your login/username and password confidential and not disclose this information to third parties. You are solely responsible for any actions and transactions made using your account. Any party that gains access to your account using the correct login and password will be considered as you, and any transactions will be considered valid and made by you. We do not assume any responsibility for unauthorized access to your account by third parties or for any losses connected to the unauthorized use of your account.
3.6 It is strictly prohibited to use the login and password of any other person to access the Website.
3.7 If the Company suspects that you are attempting to circumvent our security system, we reserve the right to immediately block your gaming account, suspend your access to the Website’s services, and inform the relevant government or authorities.
4.1 It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing the Website, using its services, placing deposits, and receiving winnings from online gaming are legal according to the laws in your jurisdiction.
4.2 You assume full responsibility for paying any taxes, fees, or other expenses associated with any winnings obtained through the use of the Website’s services, in accordance with the laws applicable to you. You agree to compensate the Company for any expenses or losses incurred as a result of any liability or requirements presented by a government authority in relation to withholding or paying taxes or similar obligations connected to your withdrawal request or income.
4.3 You must promptly inform us of any changes to your registration data.

This information must be provided within 30 calendar days of the request. We reserve the right to freeze funds in your account until the requested documents and information are provided. If you fail to provide the requested information for identity verification within 30 calendar days of the request, we reserve the right to restrict your ability to make transactions with your account and participate in games on the Website until the requested documents and information are provided.
4.5 You understand and agree that bonuses and promotions have their own terms and conditions, which are outlined in the relevant sections of the Website. In case of any discrepancies regarding the conditions of these promotions, bonuses, and special offers, the terms and conditions of the promotions, bonuses, and special offers will take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions.

4.7 You accept and acknowledge that the results of the games on the Website are determined by a Random Number Generator, and you agree to accept the results of all such games. 5.1.7 You have not engaged in collusion and will not attempt to collude directly or indirectly with another customer of the Website.
5.1.8 The credit/debit card or any other payment method you use to top up your account belongs to you, is not stolen, and has not been lost by another person. The Company reserves the right to close your account and void any winnings if there is a reasonable suspicion that you have violated this warranty.
5.2 By registering an account on this Website, you warrant that you have never previously registered another account or received any funds through an account belonging to another person.
5.3 By registering an account on this Website, you warrant that you have provided us with true and complete information as requested in the registration form.
5.4 By registering an account on this Website, you warrant that you are legally allowed to gamble online according to the laws applicable to you.
6.1 We accept payments in INR, USD, EUR, BTC, ETH, TRX.
6.2 The Player acknowledges that the exchange rate for cryptocurrencies may fluctuate based on market value. It is not permitted to convert cryptocurrencies to FIAT currency (USD or EUR) on the Website.
6.3 The Player will receive any bonuses, rewards, or other promotions in the currency selected by the Player during registration on the Website.
7.1 In order to use the services on the Website and participate in games, you must deposit funds into your Account. The Company reserves the right to conduct relevant checks in relation to any deposits made. It is not possible to obtain credit for using the services on the Website.
7.2 Deposits to your Account can be made using the deposit methods provided on the Website. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the accepted deposit methods at any time. Additionally, under special circumstances and subject to further conditions, the Company reserves the right to only accept deposits made through specified deposit methods.
7.3 Different payment methods may have different transaction limits. The Company reserves the right to set maximum and minimum amounts for single deposits per transaction, as well as maximum daily, weekly, and monthly limits for deposits.
7.4 When making a deposit to your Account, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, request refunds, or in any way reverse the deposit to the account. Breaching this provision constitutes a material breach of the Terms and entitles the Company to seek compensation, including forfeiting any winnings held in your Account.
7.6 Occasionally, the Company may offer bonuses in the form of “bonus money.” The requirements for receiving a bonus depend on the specific bonus and can be found on the Website or with the bonus offer itself.
7.7 Bonus money is displayed separately in your Account and can only be withdrawn once all attached requirements have been fulfilled. If your account contains both deposited money and bonus money, the bonus money may only be used for placing bets once the deposited money has been used. If you request a withdrawal of money that qualifies for a bonus, you forfeit all bonus money and any winnings associated with it.
7.8 The account balance is not equivalent to a bank balance and is not subject to insurance, asset-backing, or any other form of guarantee. Deposits or active balances do not earn interest.
7.9 You should only deposit money into your account for the purpose of using it to place bets/wagers on the Website. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe that you are depositing money without the intention of placing bets/wagers. The first deposit can only be withdrawn after it has been used for placing bets/wagers on the Website.
7.10 You acknowledge and agree that the Company generally does not offer refunds for funds deposited into your account. However, we may consider a refund in cases of technical problems preventing you from using our Website and in other exceptional circumstances. If you wish to request a refund due to technical problems, you must do so within 48 hours of the relevant transaction for it to be considered. Prior to processing any refund, all bonuses and winnings in your balance will be removed. We will inform you of the outcome of your refund request within 5 days of receiving it. If the refund request is unusually complex and additional investigation is required, the period may be extended. Please note that all refunds are solely at our discretion.
7.12 Special provisions regarding the AstroPay payment method. Neither AstroPay nor any of its affiliates or brands provide or will provide any warranty or representation regarding the goods and/or services provided by us. AstroPay and its affiliates shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising out of or in connection with the products and/or services provided by the Merchant. Furthermore, in relation to our business relationship with AstroPay, we hereby declare that their activities are exclusively related to payment processing.
8.1 Provided that the following conditions are met, you can request to withdraw funds from your Account at any time, given that:
8.1.1 All deposits have been successfully completed, approved, and not subject to cancellation, chargebacks, or any other form of recall.
8.1.2 All applicable security and verification checks outlined in the Terms have been successfully completed, where applicable.
8.2 Different payment methods may have varying transaction limits. The Company reserves the right to establish maximum and minimum amounts for single withdrawals per transaction, as well as maximum daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits.
8.3 You can withdraw any winnings from your account by submitting a withdrawal request. Once the Company approves a withdrawal, you must provide sufficient information for us to process the withdrawal.
8.4 Funds that are subject to restrictions (such as bonus money) cannot be withdrawn and are displayed separately in the balance on your player profile. Bonus money may be forfeited upon processing a withdrawal if specific requirements are not met.
8.5 If your Account is closed, blocked, or your access to the Website’s services is suspended or denied for any reason, you can contact customer support at [email protected] or [email protected] to request the withdrawal of any remaining balance in your Account. Customer support will promptly review the withdrawal request and inform you directly once a decision has been made. If there are factual circumstances preventing the withdrawal, the funds will be withheld until such circumstances are resolved.
8.6 You acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal in the event of suspected fraud, collusion, illegal activity, or breach of the Terms. The Company may delay the processing of your withdrawal request to conduct checks on your identity, account balance, source of funds, and compliance with the Terms. In such cases, the Company may initiate, participate in, or assist in the investigation of the circumstances, and you agree to provide support and assistance in any such investigation.
RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY
9.1 The Company retains the right, at its sole discretion:
9.1.1 To reject the registration request of any customer at the Website for any reason without the need to provide an explanation.
9.1.2 To refuse to accept a bet placed on the Website.
9.1.3 To withhold a bonus from any customer without the need to provide an explanation, and to prohibit the participation of an individual customer or a group of customers in any or all promotions.
9.1.4 To employ additional procedures and methods to verify your identity (KYC), both before and after depositing funds into your account and/or making a withdrawal.
9.1.5 To conduct checks on a customer’s background with credit and financial institutions to verify the information provided.
9.1.6 The Company reserves the right to delay the processing of payments or provision of winnings until the identity of the account holder has been verified to ensure that the payment is made to the legitimate account holder. For this purpose, the Company reserves the right to request documents that confirm identity and location.
9.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or winnings, the decision of the Company is final and non-negotiable.
9.3 The Company reserves the right to disclose personal information to law enforcement authorities and/or third parties in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy and other sections of these Terms.
9.4 If there are suspicions of fraud on your part while using the services or in the case of recalled/disputed funds, the Company reserves the right to withhold any amount in your account balance that exceeds the initial balance and, if necessary, to contact the relevant authorities to collect any outstanding payments owed to the Company.
9.5 We reserve the right to periodically review a customer’s gameplay/activity. If, upon such review, it is determined that the customer has violated the Company’s Anti-Fraud Policy (as stated in paragraph 10 of the present Terms & Conditions), we reserve the right to revoke any awarded promotions, void any winnings obtained from the promotion, prevent entitlement to other promotions, or suspend the account.
9.6 The Company reserves the right to suspend your access to the Website’s services or block your account without prior notice in the event that you are suspected of engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or improper activity. In such cases, the Company is not responsible for refunding or compensating the remaining funds in your account balance.
9.7 If the Company considers a customer to be a high-risk customer based on checks and verifications performed in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements and regulations, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to block the account or freeze funds in the account.
9.8 In the event that we, at our sole discretion, believe that a customer is involved in any fraudulent activities, we reserve the right to close the customer’s account at the Website and all other partner websites on our platform. Furthermore, we reserve the right to void any winnings obtained, cancel any pending withdrawals, and refund the last deposit made into the account.
10.1 The Company maintains a stringent anti-fraud policy and employs various tools and techniques to prevent fraudulent activities. The following actions are considered fraudulent, but not limited to:
- Participating in collusion with other players.
- Developing and utilizing strategies aimed at dishonestly abusing bonuses.
- Engaging in fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers.
- Providing counterfeit documents.
- Using stolen cards.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of the Company’s promotions.
- Providing false registration data.
- Presenting counterfeit documents. 10.2 Other forms of cheating and bonus abuse are also prohibited. While playing with an active bonus, it is forbidden to engage in activities that provide the player with an unfair advantage. Such activities include, but are not limited to:
- Delaying game rounds, including free spins and bonus features, until after the completion of wagering requirements.
- Leaving substantial bets on the table, such as in blackjack, and returning to the game after completing bonus wagering.
- Using bonus money to accumulate in-game value, depleting the bonus funds, and subsequently cashing out the accumulated value during real-money play.
- Exploiting software bugs or failures through specific strategies. The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings resulting from such bonus abuse. 10.3 If you become aware of any software errors or incompleteness, you agree not to exploit them. Furthermore, you agree to promptly report any errors or incompleteness to the Company. Failure to fulfill the obligations stated in this clause entitles the Company to seek full compensation for all costs associated with the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred due to the error/incompleteness and the failure to notify the Company.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
11.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Company bears no responsibility or control over how you utilize the software. You further agree that your decision to use the Company’s services is entirely at your own discretion, and that you are aware of and accept all potential risks involved.
11.2 The Company shall not be liable for any agreements, illegal actions, negligence, damages, or losses of any magnitude, including but not limited to data loss, income loss, reputation damage, or any unforeseen losses at this time.
11.3 Neither the Company, nor the software provider, nor any of our affiliates or related parties shall assume any liability for losses, expenses, or damages that are anticipated or incurred as a result of:
11.3.1 Any errors made by you due to incorrect information input.
11.3.2 Any form of fraud, false or misleading activities.
11.3.3 The Company’s decision to decline your deposit, refuse to open your account, or suspend/close your account.
11.3.4 Delays in receiving or accepting a deposit or withholding a withdrawal to carry out identity verification and other necessary checks.
11.3.5 Use of your account for purposes that may be deemed illegal according to applicable laws.
11.3.6 Operations and transactions conducted after the correct input of your username and password.
11.3.7 Unauthorized use of data related to you or your account.
11.3.8 Inability to access or use the Website for any reason.
11.3.9 Actions or transactions performed by a third party using your username and password.
11.3.10 Poor quality of access (or lack of access) to the Website.
11.3.11 Circumstances beyond the Company’s direct control, including issues related to equipment and software (including computer viruses and software), data transmission systems, telecommunication methods, or your internet service provider.
11.3.12 Loss of any transactions resulting from the malfunctioning of the connection used by you or any other organization involved in data transfer between you, the Company, or any other payment processing entity.
11.3.13 Non-receipt of any electronic communication.
11.3.14 Actions taken by the government or occurrences of force majeure.
11.3.15 Participating in gaming/betting if such participation is deemed illegal according to the applicable legislation in the customer’s country of residence.
11.3.16 Errors, omissions, typos, or bugs on the Website or in the software used therein.
12.1 If you do not engage in any betting or gaming activities, make deposits, withdrawals, or transfers, or if your account remains inactive for a continuous period of at least 6 calendar months, it will be considered a “Dormant Account.” In the event that your account is deemed dormant, the Company reserves the right to impose an administrative fee of 5 USD per month (Dormant Account Fee) as long as there is a positive balance in your account. We will provide you with a notification when your account becomes dormant, at least 14 days prior to deducting any Dormant Account Fee from it. By accepting these terms, you authorize the Company to deduct the Dormant Account Fee from your account at the beginning of the month following the date your account is deemed dormant.
CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE
13.1 The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at its discretion, at any time.
13.2 Any changes to the Terms become effective from the date specified in the Terms and accepted by the customer. The Company will provide prior notice to customers regarding any changes to these Terms. We will ensure that customers are informed about such changes, and these Terms and Conditions will be readily available and accessible to customers at all times. If you disagree with any of the changes, you must discontinue using the Website and close your account.
13.3 To avoid any disputes, you acknowledge that placing a deposit through your account, providing deposit details, or placing a bet on your account constitutes your usage of the Website.
14.1 You agree to maintain electronic contact with us. We may post electronic messages on the Website and/or communicate with you via email. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information to ensure timely receipt of information. All correspondence, including electronic communication, will be considered “written” and deemed received no later than 5 business days after being sent. 15.1 To submit a complaint, please send a written complaint to [email protected].
15.2 To expedite the handling of your complaint, please include the following information in your communication:
- Indicate “Complaint” in the subject line.
- Clearly provide your name, surname, and phone number as the account owner.
- Provide a detailed account of the issue and all relevant information related to the complaint.
- Include specific dates and times associated with the complaint. 15.3 Our Customer Service department will process your complaint within 10 days of receiving it. We will inform you of the outcome within 10 days of receiving the complaint. If the complaint is exceptionally complex and requires additional time to investigate, the timeframe may be extended. 15.4 Once a decision has been reached regarding your case, we will contact you and provide an update on the outcome.
16.1 The Company is dedicated to promoting responsible gambling among its customers and raising awareness about problem gambling, as well as enhancing prevention, intervention, and treatment measures.
16.2 The Company’s Responsible Gaming Policy outlines our commitment to minimizing the negative effects of problem gambling and promoting responsible gambling practices.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
17.1 Any legal claim or dispute arising from the Terms or your use of the Website shall be governed by the Laws of Curacao.
17.2 The parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from the Terms, or its breach, termination, or invalidity, shall be exclusively submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao. We do not accept any liability under the laws of any other jurisdiction. By explicitly agreeing to this section, you acknowledge and accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao.
